Banfico AVS Requester (aka Banfico AVS Outbound) service is the capability that enables a PSP to verify recipient details on behalf of customers making payments, acting as the requesting party in the Banfico Account Verification Service ecosystem before processing outgoing credit transfers

Banfico offers AVS requestor service options:

• RESTfulAPI Integration
• Manual Checks using Portal
• Bulk Check
• RESTful API Integration
• Manual Checks by uploading batch files using Portal, that accepts pain.001 and .xls files in specific format

Authentication & Security

OAuth2 is Banfico's default and recommended framework for API connectivity. Banfico can support both client tokens and private key JWT for authentication. Banfico also supports mTLS and IP Whitelisting depending on client needs

NOTE: In the inter-PSP domain, Banfico will follow scheme specific rules API specifications and API Security Frameworks (Open Banking security protocols) for communicating with the responding PSPs

Network Integration & Routing

Banfico Requestor is integrated with global participant directories and registries for discovery and routing of requests to the respective responding PSPs across multiple payment schemes.
